Watertight, floatable iPod case now available
This looks like what I need for this summer on the beach here in Barcelona: LiliPod. From MacMinute:
"The LiliPod is a new water resistant, hard shell iPod case that "allows you to safely listen to your iPod during activities never previously possible -- from skiing to sailing, mountain biking to beach bumming, and everywhere in between." It offers an ISC engineered watertight stereo connector, dual-action belt clip, compression clamp and rubber O-ring, and Serling Rope lanyard with cord lock. The LiliPod is priced at US$34.99."
Editorial update from C.K.: These look cool, but is there any way to control the iPod when it is closed up in that case, or do you just have to set it up to play what you want, then lock it up tight?
Editorial update from Jason: Looks like it's a "load and lock" deal. Buy hey, with 3.1 days of music and shuffle, who needs to control the iPod? You can live peacefully underwater...resurfacing only to choose a new playlist...
