Drool... I want an iPal!

Check out the iPal:

The iPod's iPAL

Capitalizing/cashing in on the success of the iPod, Tivoli Audio has gone and designed a version of the PAL, their minimalist portable FM radio, called (most imaginatively) the iPAL that matches the color scheme of Apple’s player and has a line-in jack for use as an external speaker.

I really want one of these suckers for my desk.

iPodLibrary

Found iPodLibrary mentioned on iPodHacks. Here's what iPodLibrary has to say:

This is really just a holding page for now: There's lots to come, including the first few podBooks (currently in production - on music, anime, politics and Macs....) and an online engine for submitting your work. You can also submit a podBookby email if you want.
Here's a link to a guide on how to author a podBook [pdf file] , and once you're finished you should email your completed podBook to info@ipodlibrary.com

Nice emergent micro-publisher. I'm looking forward to some interesting titles...

Get Jesus in your iPod: BiblePod

BiblePod is freeware that lets you:

transfer books and chapters from the King James Version bible to your iPod, whether you’re running Windows or Mac. It takes use of the Notes feature built-in to 3rd generation iPods and iPod mini’s.

The only comment I have is: Why King James? I mean, it's poetic and all, but KJ was too politically involved in its making and ergo it is probably the worst English translation of the Bible, no matter what the Mormons and the Jehovah's Witnesses say...

LoadPod

Still haven't found the time to load all your CDs onto your now, not so new iPod / iPod mini? You could always pay someone else to do it for you at $1.50 per CD: LoadPod.

Video iPod Rumors

Video iPod Rumors are circulating again, but I have to say, the little screen on the iPod is a little too teenie (it's smaller than the one on my 3650). Also, I'd rather watch movies on my 3650, or alternately on my GBA SP. Word.

Kevin Rose's iPod mini just died on The Screen Savers...

So, I'm watching TechTV's The Screen Savers and Kevin Rose's iPod mini just lost all of his songs live on air. That sucks! Good press for Apple's production flaws, tho.
